Our Quality Guarantee: After you place your order, our team reviews every file. If there's any issue with resolution or clarity that might affect your final plaque, we will contact you directly to resolve it before we start printing.

Absolutely. We prioritize your privacy. Your uploaded files are used solely to create your plaque. For your privacy and security, all uploaded image and certificate files are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems 30 days after your order is placed. In some cases, files are deleted immediately after your order has been shipped and confirmed.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary by location but typically range between 5–10 business days.

Absolutely. We offer global shipping to many countries. Your legacy deserves a home, wherever you are :).

Due to the custom nature of our plaques, we don’t offer returns, but we’ll gladly replace any items damaged during shipping, or spelling mistakes occurred on our part.

Order & Returns

All plaques are made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for design, quality checks, and production before shipping.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes based on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Because each plaque is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, hence, all sales are final.
However, we do have some exception, please refer to our Return Policy page for more info.
