We create custom-designed plaques using customer-uploaded certificates or by crafting personalized award citations. Each item is made-to-order and considered a custom product.

3. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

4. Ordering Process

  • You are responsible for submitting accurate information and files (e.g. certificate uploads, names, messages).

  • Once submitted, orders cannot be changed after 6 hours.

  • We reserve the right to reject files or requests that are offensive or violate intellectual property rights.

5. Payment

We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and others available at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Production time is typically 2–4 business days.

  • Shipping times vary by location (average 5–10 business days).

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

All content on this site — including logos, designs, images, and text — is the property of Plaque of Legacy and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
