🔄 Returns & Replacements

Because each plaque is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, hence, all sales are final.

However, we stand by the quality of our products.

✅ We’ll happily replace your item if:

  • It arrives damaged

  • It has a design or spelling error that was our fault

  • The wrong product was sent

🚫 We cannot offer replacements or refunds for:

  • Errors in the uploaded file or text provided by the customer

  • Slight color or material variations due to screen/display differences

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short description of the problem
